Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Essendoci poca privacy.

The accommodation is composed of a double bed, private bathroom, dining/work table and it has two windows facing the sea. Ideal for couples. This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, therefore we do not accept reservations for a larger number of guests (babies included).

Le camere, situate al secondo piano di una casa del 1700, con ingresso indipendente, offrono un meraviglioso panorama. Si fornisce: cassaforte in ogni camera, TV, zanzariere e tenda da sole, angolo tè- caffè e angolo relax nel giardino sotto la casa. Pulizia e sanificazione - ogni due giorni - con prodotti da protocollo antivirus registrati nella scheda affissa. Cambio di biancheria a metà settimana.
