Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

Un luogo in mezzo alla natura, adatto per chi vuole uscire dalla quotidianità e rilassarsi!La struttura comprende un ampia cucina con caminetto, una sala, due camere e un bagno. All'esterno vi è un forno a legna e un barbecue. Tutta la vallata è percorsa dal torrente Cesarano e per chi ha voglia di fare una sana passeggiata sono molti gli itinerari da seguire, dove vi è possibile incontrare diversi animali selvatici oltre a quelli dell'azienda stessa!

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

La casa del pozzo

Antico casolare probabilmente del Seicento o del Settecento completamente ristrutturato con un grande giardino con pergola dove poter mangiare o leggere un libro, un altro spazio più piccolo sempre con pergola e altri due spazi al sole (un giardino e un patio). Vista mozzafiato in qualsiasi stagione e momento della giornata. Di sera il cielo si illumina di stelle. Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi, mangiare cibi locali, fare passeggiate.
