Apartmant Mareta is situted next to the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century.The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor.
