Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment 'Avea App 2-2 Personen' is located in Laion (Lajen). This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include satellite TV. The holiday apartment offers a private garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings and fantastic mountain views. A parking space is available on the property and 2 in a garage.

The cozy apartment "Sonnenuntergang" is the "Sonnegg" Residence is located in the idyllic municipality of Lajen (Laion), near the entrance of Val Gardena, in South Tyrol's scenic "Eisacktal" valley (Valle Isarco). The 35m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Das komplett neu und stilvoll eingerichtete Alpine Chalet Aurora Dolomites befindet sich im Bergdorf Lajen in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Direkt an Wiesen, Felder und Spazierwege angebunden, kann die wunderschöne Naturlandschaft des Eisacktals und des Grödnertals genossen werden. Das Alpine Chalet Aurora ist mit einem eigenen Open-Air-Solarium bzw. einer großen Gartenterrasse, einem Essplatz, einigen Sonnenliegen und vielen Spielgeräten für Kinder ausgestattet.

Be the first to book this brand new apartment! Chalet Samont is brand-new, it has been completed in 2023. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has the best views of the entire Chalet. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view over the surrounding mountains, green meadows and forests. Moreover, it features a private roof terrace. The sofa bed in the living room is 1,6 meters wide and can accommodate 2 guests. Washing machine & dryer can be used for a fee.
