You’ll be staying on the 1st floor of a classical stone & stucco building in South Main. Private entry through a courtyard & large porch on the west side of the building. Homeowner and family live above & office space in the front. Nice view of mountains and about 75 yards from the Arkansas River! The spacious living area & separate bedroom sleeps 4. Close to South Main whitewater launch area, kayak play hole, & trails at an affordable rate. This is the perfect base camp for your BV adventure!

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!
