There's Wi-Fi, in-floor heating, wheelchair accessibility, queen-size bed with freshly ironed pillowcases, Keurig, small frig, microwave, tv, enough off-street parking for two cars and a trailer, private bath. The hot tub is for your private use. A third person can be accommodated with an inflatable bed and extra $20 charge

Come stay in a peaceful neighborhood private garden-level apartment 10 minutes outside of Salida with the best mountain surrounding views by day or soak in the stars by night. This is a quiet zone so it would be a perfect getaway to relax and recharge in the mountains. We are 30 minutes from Monarch, 10 minutes from hiking trails, and a close drive to town and restaurants. It does not have a full kitchen, it has a fridge, microwave, small convection oven, tea & coffee maker, and a single burner.

It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.
