Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.
