The Doll House

A quaint and cozy secluded cabin for two! The Doll House offers it’s guests a “wilderness” setting in a chestnut log rustic cabin that was built in the 1800’s. It is a romantic, charming, cozy cabin situated on over 200 acres of mountain woodland. Features a 9 hole golf course and a 1/2 mile asphalt runway for guests that prefer to arrive by plane. Plenty to see and do – the cabin is also located near “Pine Creek Valley” which offers canoeing, rafting, and 75 miles of bicycle rails-to-trails.

It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Half-double home sits in the beautiful surrounding mountains of Renovo PA. The area provides many outdoor activities. There are many Hiking trails, Fishing, Hunting, snowmobiling, Kayaking, and boating. Hyner State Park has a magnificent view overlooking the valley. Alvin Bush Dam is a few miles outside of Renovo and a great place to fish and go boating. The Elk Center is in Benezette, PA., not far from Renovo. The Flaming Foliage Festival event is every 2nd full weekend in October.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk across the yard is the intersection of Freeman run and the First Fork. Enjoy fishing at either of these streams. Elk viewing just miles from the location. Enjoy stargazing at Cherry Springs Statepark. Enjoy hunting or hiking as property is minutes from State Forest Land. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Enjoy watching deer and wildlife right from the house.

Rustic Bliss is a new cabin on its own private lot and set up for everyone's comfort. It is even set up for the handicap. The open concept cabin with wide pocket doors, hands free lights in the bathroom and table built for a wheel chair to fit under. We supply the bedding, towels and the basic necessities in the kitchen. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat and an extended hose for those who need to sit while showering.
