Its very close to Noordhoek beach but also the central attractions of Cape Town via the amazing. Noordhoek is a peaceful character rich place with great restaurants, farm shops, horses and lot and lots of beach and hiking trails. We have a cozy fireplace for winter and BBQ for summer. Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.
