A spacious living/kitchen/dining area and a large covered terrace area with BBQ. The property has a gorgeous heated pool (10 x 5m) with sun terrace & sofas, large games barn with pool table, table tennis, table football and other games, and lawn area.

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.
