Conveniently located for exploring in the Dordogne, Charente and Gironde or just stay put and enjoy the amazing views and swimming pool. There are 2 river beaches nearby offering swimming, fishing, kayaking and canoeing and stunning countryside for walkers and cyclists.

Belle terrasse de 20m² orientée au soleil couchant avec pergola. Piscine hors sol 6X4 avec terrasse et bains de soleil ouverte de mi-juin à mi-septembre. Vous pouvez y accéder toute la journée mais elle vous est privatisée entre 11h/12h30 et 15h/17h. En dehors de ces horaires vous serez amenés à croiser notre famille.

Sept Fonts is a magical place where you can cut off from the world. Set on 3 acres, with lakes and vestiges of a 16thC priory. You take a walk or bike ride, swim in the huge pool, chill in the jacuzzi, create a family barbecue, stargaze.. The place is steeped in history- King Louis 13th slept here in 1631. The house has large rooms with plenty outside areas for relaxing. The town of Aulnay is 2km with supermarket, restaurants etc 2 markets a week. We now have fibre internet.
