Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Datant du XVIIe siècle, elle mêle le charme de l'ancien (planchers chêne, cheminées...) au confort moderne et à la décoration actuelle. Idéalement située au centre du Périgord et de tous les sites qui en font la richesse, notre maison, La Maison de Marc, est une dépendance de l’un des plus beaux domaines du Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. Comme au 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. Située en pleine nature, c’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région Dordogne-Périgord. Nous avons converti cet ancien logis de la ferme en maison luxueuse.
