The home features a California king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Inside, you’ll also find three flat-screen TVs, comfortable reclining chairs, books, board games, and ocean views from many rooms. Step outside to a spacious yard overlooking the water, with a private staircase that leads directly to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking basics, an electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all the dish ware you’ll need for easy meals at home. Additional amenities include free WiFi, washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, and central heating. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
