Sacred Pine Cottage is a tiny home, your tiny home away from home. When designing the SPC we wanted to put emphasis on some of the things we love most about our town. The SPC has a very earth toned feel with live plants and wood finishes. We captured the beauty of our town with photography throughout. The appliances are retro and the ambiance of the cottage should give you a peaceful and comfortable experience. The yard is manicured & maintained with a beautiful outdoor experience.

Centerville Loft, Studio Apt on James Island

Welcome to the Centerville loft. They don't call it Centerville for nothing! This space is in a quiet neighborhood at the center of James Island 4–5 miles from Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly beach. This property is a back yard studio apt with a small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, magic bullet smoothie blender, 32” TV, record player with records, bluetooth, and a patio. We are within walking distance to several restaurants along Folly road.

This is an all outdoors vacation experience! Nature entertains you like a moving picture of your daily life. Relax in a private corner of our farm. TinyShack has everything you need despite being so quaint. We are close to the city center, parks, airport, art and culture, and Charleston. You’ll love our place because we are one block from the Beach, and 3 blocks from Down Town Folly Beach. The backyard is private. Includes cute kitchenette, and comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 2 heartbeats only; including all adults, children and infants. We must follow city rules.
