The Depot -Luxury Rental

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center.

1836 old-world Storybook cottage with whimsical and charming décor, sunlit rooms, 1940s kitchen, screened porch, fenced backyard with a fire-pit, and an easy walk to shops, cafes and parks in downtown Oak Hill. Groceries are across the street. Only one block from Main St restaurants, shopping and festivities. Less than half-mile from highway US-19, just a few minutes from the NRG National Park, ACE Adventure Resort, and all the outdoor activities the area offers.

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath.
