LAKE MICHIGAN EARL YOUNG STONE COTTAGE

This lovely cottage is the creation of Charlevoix's legendary builder in stone, Earl Young. The year was 1929, and the Hollywood director, Norman Panama, commissioned Earl Young to build his summer get-away. Stars of the day, Bing Crosby and Bob Hope partied on the expansive estate-like grounds, with stunning views of Lake Michigan. We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.
