Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! This is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 updated bathrooms unit located on the second floor (elevator access) in Heritage Landing Gated Community with golf course privileges. Amazing views of the nature preserve and the breathtaking sunsets are available from the screened lanai. Many great amenities from pickleball, weight room, aerobics room, spa, restaurant and 4 pools to access (one is right across the parking lot). You never have to leave to enjoy beautiful Florida weather and resort-style living!

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach hot tub pool

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.

Best location/value on Manasota Key in Englewood, FL... 300 yards to pristine gulf beaches, 300 yards to boat ramp and dock on Lemon Bay if you have a boat or want to see dolphin or fish off the dock. 4/10s of a mile to several great restaurants and 1 mile to Stump Pass State Park and a few more miles to walk via the park to Stump Pass.
