Tucked Away in Central C-ville.

Park your car and leave it there since this flat is a 5 minute walk to Uva, 10 minutes to the downtown mall and less to West Main. It offers a lot of privacy with the help of surrounding trees and a rear entrance (opposite our house). Placed in the rear of our lot, it's perched above our studio/office and interestingly elevated above the surrounding lots and back yards. Completed in March 2022, the apartment includes high end finishes, tons of closet/storage space and no shortage of charm.

While pets are not allowed in the cottage our dog Posie lives here and is very friendly. The cottage is 400 sq feet of open living space.
