Route 66 Railroad Shanty, a cozy artsy small space

This 536 s.f. house, believed to have once been a sleeping shanty for railroad crews switching shifts for the night. Fully renovated and updated in 2021 by a local artist, you will find custom metal art throughout, granite countertops and a very warm cabin feel featuring a kitchen and bathroom finished with locally sourced Missouri dark red cedar, 10 minutes from six flags, Purina farms 15 min from hidden valley and 45 min from downtown this place is in a great location and will not disappoint!

1888 Schoolhouse in Wine Country

Right in the middle of Missouri's wine country, this fully renovated 1888 Schoolhouse lets you explore wineries in the area or just sit on the front porch and wave at the locals. Perfect for two or use the fold out couch for additional guests. Pinckney, Missouri was the county seat of Warren County. Danial Boone once sat on the porch of the County Judge right across the street. This quiet street was once the hub of activity due to the Missouri River, now it is a quiet retreat from the noise.

Log Cabin at Meramec Farm

A warm, pine honeymoon cabin surrounded by pastoral Ozark countryside. The Meramec River flows through this seventh generation family farm. Cozy interior includes a kitchenette, dining area, and double bed on main level. All your cooking intensils are provided with coffee, tea, and paper products. DVDs and books available await you up the spiral staircase in the loft. Full bed on main level and two singles bed upstairs. Expansive view from your front porch of the highest bluffs on the Meramec.

We want you to feel relaxed and at home as you enjoy the equine activities as well as the cozy log cabin and all its features and amenities! Enjoy views of the lush property and relax as you watch the horses graze and roam. We offer customized horsemanship opportunities that accommodate each person's level of comfort and ability. Beautifully decorated warm cabin feel. Spacious bedroom with nice desk for your laptop work space. Bathroom has washer and dryer. Living room has thick-cushioned leather futon for second bed, counter space with microwave/air fryer, paper products, and kuerig coffee maker, new 5’ fridge, 50” flat screen TV. Access to outdoor hot tub. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Near Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore

Whether winery hopping, shopping, or visiting in or near Hermann, attending a wedding in the area or just enjoying the Katy Trail, your stay at the White Wolf Inn Apartment is only a few miles away. (Whole house rentals are available, the White Wolf Inn House is a separate listing.) We are close enough to access the Hermann transportation services and all that Hermann has to offer (about 8 miles from town), but far enough away for you to relax in the quiet of the country.

Hazel's House is clean, comfortable and private overnight accommodations. We are not a bed and breakfast, no food included, but there is coffee. Please make sure the location is suitable. We are located out in the country and the internet can be spotty.

Above is your "loft space" close to wineries, Amtrak, featuring great views of the Missouri River. You’ll love this Downtown Washington location because of the walkable shops, bars, and restaurants many in historic buildings. The loft is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who can walk a flight of stairs.
