This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath house is perfect for the family getaway or a group of fishermen as well as sightseeing or an overnight stay along your travels. BBQ on the porch, enjoy the fire pit, go canoeing, fishing or kayaking in the backyard with access to the St Lawrence River from Little Sucker Creek, you will be minutes away from the Waddington docks with plenty of room to park your boat right in the driveway, it’s a fishermen’s dream.

Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

This off-grid cabin is located on the banks of the Raquette River, offering beautiful waterside views, the spacious deck, or private beach just steps from the door. Your stay includes a canoe at the shoreline, perfect for exploring the river. Lakeside oasis Trailer

This is a space for someone who loves camping with a beautiful veiw and appreciates the outdoors. This is a camping situation so it is seasonal and does have electricity, and water. You will have access to the lake as long as beach area and lake are kept clean and respected. You may bring your own water vessels as ours will not be available for your use. https://www.fishcap.net/regions/norwood-pond. We do winterize so the lines don't freeze. So it will not be available until such time.

The Rock House up in the trees!

Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

The Loft1 w/Porch-Near Clarkson, SLU - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, and recreational vehicles. Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and bath with laundry. There are (2) Queen beds, (1) Queen Futon, and (2) Twin bunk beds. Includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St Lawrence River and Canada.
