Our quiet cottage is located in Clarkesville, GA on a country road. Soak up the views of nothing but fields, cows, rolling hills and beautiful roses. This house features a massive covered front deck, grill, large table & seating for outdoor meals and relaxation. You will love sitting on comfy furniture while soaking in the view in the area that we call home.

Also within walking distance is The Botanical Gardens, Sunset Rock, and Kelsey-Hutchinson Park. There are several trails directly accessible from the doorsteps of this creek side sweet spot. Little River Cottage on the Little River In Townsend the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" This nonsmoking cozy cottage has a large screened porch over looking the Little River and direct river access to our guest. Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.
