Cozy artist studio in quiet neighbourhood

You'll love this newly renovated, cozy artist studio decorated with some of my recent paintings. It's nested in our beautiful back garden, our friends and neighbours refer to our garden as a 'little oasis' in the city. This is a working artists studio - some weeks are dedicated to painting and others as a space for visitors. I work in acrylics so rest assured there is no smell! The studio is open concept with a king sized bed and a small seating/eating area. We speak French and Spanish too!

Located in Centretown West between Little Italy, Chinatown and Centretown, you will be walking distance to everything that downtown Ottawa has to offer. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with an open concept, large windows and high ceilings. The space can sleep 2 guests – it is equipped with one queen bed and one pull-out couch. Guests will be staying on the ground floor of a century home in a host-occupied building.

In a separate building from the main house, the studio is private, fully equipped and super clean. There is great coffee, teas, homemade granola, reliable wifi, and internet TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, 2-burner stove and everything you need to make a light meal. The double bed with a pillow-top is quite comfortable. Centrally located, Westboro has great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is a five minute walk away. Everyone is welcome here.
