The villa is nested in Asankhet, a village on Lansdowne -Tarkeshwar road. It is located on a quite street, away from the hotel hub of Lansdowne. Sitting in the porch and the garden one can enjoy the mountain & valley view & breathtaking sunsets and sunrise. A full moon night is a delight too. Large garden(in front & back) and a step down play area allows children to play and be free. All bedrooms come with large balcony allowing you privacy and space to soak in the goodness of the mountains.

Kafal ( national fruit of Uttarakhand) is a simple and beautiful independent bunglow made with, and for, love. My grandfather made this house for his wife. It's for those looking for serene and tranquility. The house opens to quaint garden, that further opens to clearing that faces a valley of the Garhwal hills. The nights here are particularly rustic- with a nip in the air evening. It's about 450 meter of walking distance along a foot trek.
