Visit many art galleries and studios and attend various festivals throughout the year. For fishermen, opportunities include world class creeks for fly fishing and many charter boats for walleye excursions. Bring your bass boat, as we have plenty of parking. We've taken care of all of the details, so you won't have to worry about a thing. The house is a 10-min drive to Peek'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa, 10 miles from the Lake Erie Wine Trail and Lake Erie Ale Trail, and a 30-minute drive to Chautauqua Lake! Lots of options!

Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

Tucked away on a quaint woodsy lot, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while relaxing around the firepit. Hidden Cove offers a one bedroom with a queen mattress and futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

A cozy home with nearby fishing, hunting, historical landmarks, cross country, skiing, hiking, biking, antique shops, boating, and kayaking/ canoeing. Moments away from adventures nearby including the Kinzua Dam where the Alleghany River is poured from. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

North East Cottage on Lake Erie

Getaway from the busy world and enjoy the captivating shores of Lake Erie. With a few steps out the door, your toes will be on the sand. Our charming cottage will give you a revitalizing taste of lakeside living. (Just know lately the water levels have been very high so the beach area varies by day) Feel comfortable and relax knowing everything in the private cottage has been recently updated, new furniture, linens & carpet.

This lakefront lot used to have a small cottage and detached garage. The cottage was removed and the garage converted into a studio apartment. This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable. Combine this unique cozy space with the grassy lot and a pebble beach at the lake's edge - and you have a serene retreat.
