Chalet Lake House on Eufaula Lake

Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Welcome to Seagrass Cottage! Experience a lake town only 2 blocks from lake access and a few minutes drive to restaurants, Yogi Bear, boat ramps, amphitheater, the marina, and downtown shopping. Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula! Fishermen are welcome with extra wide gate and plug in to accommodate multiple boats and trucks. We hope you enjoy your stay! ☀️

A unique stress-free home situated in the North Lake Eufaula/Checotah area of Eastern Oklahoma. This stay blends modern comforts in a relaxing environment, with only a short walk to the lake. This home has 3 bedrooms with two queen sized beds and one full. There is a pull-out queen bed in the living room, two bathrooms and a spacious fenced-in backyard with a pergola patio and combination gas/charcoal grill. Enjoy all of Lake Eufaula as you’ll be only minutes away from I-40 and Highway 69!

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. Very quiet, safe, & peaceful neighborhood on the lake. This 2bd, 2bath provides all the amenities of home & is the perfect place to unwind. One of the best features is the spacious porch where you can grill, sip your favorite drink or just relax with a view. Boat ramp is located in the neighborhood a short distance away.
