Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. It’s location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

Bright and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment sleeps four guests. The rate per night is based on 2 guests. Extra guests, over 12-years-old, can be added at a rate of $15+tax/guest. This unit is smack in the middle of downtown and overlooks Front Street and the Cascade Mountain Range. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. The apartment is pet friendly, however, we charge $25+tax per pet per night.

The award-winning Hotel Leavenworth is located in the Heart of Leavenworth. This is our newest guest room which was just finished in October of 2023. This apartment is perfect for families and individuals with limited mobility. Our spacious ground-floor studio apartment features two comfortable Queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous bathroom, a cozy sofa, and a dining area.

We are just over two blocks from the center of downtown! It's close to shops and dining but in a quiet area. The Cozy Place is a one bedroom unit in a three unit building. There is a king bed with a memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the couch converts to a full size bed. Remote controlled gas fireplace, full kitchen and a full bathroom. Sorry - No pets.
