In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Waterways Gem - Foxtels Love It or List It Reno

A single story 3/4 bedroom home situated in the peaceful suburb of Waterways. Plenty of room for the kids and pets. The area is perfect for walking either to the local 'Nest' cafe or a sunset walk around Waterways Lake. The home has three living areas, perfect for when the family want their space. The family can gather in the newly renovated kitchen which was completed last year as a part of Foxtel's Love it or List It program We offer discounts for longer stays.

Close to shops and public transport. Lovely walks to enjoy.

The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
