This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Our family's charming shore house is 900 feet from the beach in the Chelsea neighborhood of AC, away from the casinos and busy commercial section of the boardwalk. A great alternative to Ventnor (a half mile) with a less crowded beach with no tags needed! It's an easy walk with only one street to cross, and our large private yard is an absolute oasis for winding down at the end of your beach day. Park in the driveway and leave the car all week; everything you might need is within a few blocks.
