Barndominium: Finger Lakes Gateway & Hobby Farm

This is a complete 800 sq ft Barndominium that is part of a newly built barn. Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. We are delighted to share this area with visitors who want to enjoy the flexibility of seclusion on the 50 acre hobby farm and use this as a base camp to enjoy the surrounding sites. This is wine country for sure! Within 8 miles is the Glider Capital of the world as well as historic Corning.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Located in the historic Near Westside district, within minutes of downtown amenities and restaurants, including the First Arena, the Clemens Center, and multiple Mark Twains historical sites. An easy drive takes you to the finger lakes region full of scenic views, wine trails, Amish shops, and the famous Watkins Glen race track. Our home is friendly for guests with small children.
