Located in Mandaveli this vintage, independent 2-bed property (first floor, stair access only) is conveniently placed in proximity to everything that is old-world Madras and contemporary Chennai. The vibrant markets and ancient temples of Mylapore are a 5-minute walk away. The beautiful San Thome Basilica and the expansive Marina beach are a 10-minute walk. The best hospitals like Kauvery and Apollo are within a 4-km radius. The hosts, who've lived here for over 40 years, stay at the property.

Four rooms villa , one room has home theatre setup, one room has sofa cum beds which can be used as beds for sleeping, the other two rooms has beds for sleeping. Before booking plz chk room pics for sleeping convenience. No beach direct access, 500m walkable and need to cross one lane. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will be back, main cable fault or transformer fault on high emergency only it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. Inverter available for lights n fans.
