This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Enoggera Ground flr unit 8km CBD wh'lchair access
We are close to public transport (8km to CBD, 5min walk to train station/buses, approx $25/taxi) and parks. Perfect for families (cot on request), couples and solo adventurers. I have a wheelchair friendly fully self contained ground floor of house with kitchen, bathroom and an easily accessible day bed. Room for up to 6guests (max 4adults) 1xqueen bed and extra mattresses available on request. Private front door entrance with security screen. Ramp access at the back door.

The Red Door Cottage
Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

The property is located in a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The unit is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM. The house and unit are separated by a breezeway. The unit is your own private space and has a small kitchenette and various appliances. You'll have access to the pool (un-heated) and BBQ area as well. I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal.
