Welcome to the Wills Cottage, newly built with the perfect blend of Southern historic farmhouse and modern charm. The Wills Cottage architecture complements our Historic Wills House, one of the only historic residences in the garden district of Alpharetta. Just a short walk to the heart of downtown Alpharetta, you will discover many fabulous restaurants and shopping. We are a stone’s throw from beautiful Wills Park with recreational areas, walking trails and 50-acre top class equestrian center.

Seating outside you love the breeze while listening to the serene concert of singing birds & chirping of crickets. It’s simply very special and relaxing. Privacy is a Plus!

The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.
