Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 story place to stay. Located right beside the Broad river in the mill hill village and just a short 10 miles from limestone college and 20 miles from Gardner web, you can bring your kayaks and explore the various boat landing points up and down the river or you can go out to the various national trails in the area. You can also take a short 16 mile drive to the new near by casino. This is the perfect little get away for what ever your plans are.

Historical getaway walking distance to the river.

Victorian home built in 1900 that is walking distance to the Pacolet river. There is a park with picnic tables on the river that is a short walk or drive and also Clifton beach is a short distance. There is a deck with a dining table and gas grill and furniture on the deck as well. It is a nice getaway but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg for bars and restaurants. Grocery store and gas stations a 5 minute drive. The small town of Cowpens is about a 10 minute drive.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

No loud events and no cars in and out. 4 car most. Beautifully remodelled home with stainless appliances aross golf course. Two full bathrooms. Each room includes a pillowtop king mattress. Our place is in queit neighborhood and we need to keep it like that. We also have corft state park 5 minutes from our house where you can go kayaking. NO ALCOHOLIC PARTING TOLERATED OR DRUGS
