The owners are respectful of guest privacy and will not access guest areas during your stay. - The dock is suitable for non-motorized watercraft only. Boats cannot be tied up here. A public boat launch is available nearby (approximately 1.6 miles away). - Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with limited additional space if bringing a boat. With over a 1/2 acre of land this 964 sqft space offers a fully appointed kitchen and large living room with comfortable sectional to take in the lake views. The King size bed allows the worries to drift away. Large walk-in shower and bathroom attached. USB charging throughout along with WIFI. Lake is drawn down, mid-Sept - April, meaning water level during this time may be nonexistent. Boat launch at end of road.

The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
