Clark Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Cleveland House - renovated Berkshires' gem.

Enjoy a retreat in a home full of history - it was a tavern/stage coach stop in the 1800's. Today we have added modern comfort while keeping the charm. We are centrally located in the Berkshires making it easy to enjoy -ski Jiminy, hike Mt. Greylock, and enjoy the culture. Or stay in and unwind. Play games on the flat 3-acre yard or try yoga surrounded by nature. Work remotely in our library. Walk down our country road and enjoy the farms. Most of all, reconnect with family/friends.

Sunny, light filled loft in 1873 Colonial

Relax in our bright, very spacious, and quiet loft, on six open acres. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Quaint Suite in Center of Adams

Pet Friendly mother-in law suite within a beautiful Victorian home in the center of Adams. The quaint town sits at the base of Mount Greylock with hiking and bike trails within minutes of your accommodations. Restaurants, grocery store and a 9 hole golf course are in walking distance. MASS MOCA is just a short 6 mile drive. Tanglewood music center is a 35 minute drive. Beautiful deck with gas firepit and grill. We would love you to be our guest.

Large Secluded Berkshire Home

Rustic Berkshire Retreat Relax in this cozy home on 3.5 private acres in Cheshire with scenic mountain views. Just 5 minutes to downtown Adams and the Susan B. Anthony Birthplace, and under 25 minutes to MASS MoCA, Williams College, Mt. Greylock, and Pittsfield. Tanglewood and Jiminy Peak are within 45 minutes. Note: Sand Mill Road bridge construction in August 2024 may add about 5 minutes to travel times.

The Sail Loft

Cozy, private house from 1850, located in the heart of the Berkshires. On a quiet street across from a pond, the cottage has access to the Ashuwillticook rail trail. Relax on the private back porch, or in the large bath tub. Sleep in late in the king sized bed, and then enjoy what the Berkshires has to offer. Close to several downhill and cross country ski spots, hiking trails and Tanglewood!
