Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay.

The Cottage at Hoffman Barn

The Cottage at Hoffman Barn is a freestanding modern studio cottage located on what was once a dairy farm. The cottage is filled with eclectic art and modern appliances. Outside, your private deck is surrounded by mature specimen trees, birds and nature! You will love the charming waterfall patio and freedom to walk most of the four acre property including visits to goats and chickens at the stable. Most amenities needed for a lovely private getaway or a productive business trip are included.

Silk Purse Cottage (ca. 1920) is in scenic, historic Chester County, PA 6 miles from the PA turnpike. It is a completely renovated, private cottage on a 6 acre property. The Welsh Mountain Cottage is located in Lancaster County on seven acres of wooded land. Amish neighborhood uniquely remote and peaceful. 8 minute drive to the famous Shady Maple Smorgasbord Restaurant. 15 minutes to the popular town of Intercourse with its many tourist shops. Back deck is a very private setting with charcoal grill. The cottage is a quiet setting with the exception of gun shots that can be heard from a shooting range that is approximately 1/2 mile from the cottage.
