The newly renovated one bedroom apartment (that can accommodate up to 5 guests) above the detached garage at Artisan Studios provides a lovely guesthouse retreat. Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.

Cozy & private, this suite provides everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, king-sized bed, a pullout couch to sleep a total of 4. The full bath features a tub/shower combo. The private backyard offers a BBQ grill. Just minutes from grocery stores, the suite is under an hour from Philadelphia and within 40 minutes of Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall, Amish attractions, and Lancaster. Please note, there is no TV.

Come Stay at the Chicken Coop!

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our renovated guest house--originally a 1930's chicken coop! The second floor has a loft-like vibe with open beam ceiling and wood from the original barn. Newly renovated with king bed, full kitchen, new bath--comfy couch and a 60" tv. There's a pretty walk 100 feet from where you park down to the Coop--and then a full set of stairs up to the 2nd floor loft. (Storage on 1st floor) So guests should be in good walking condition and ready to get their steps in!

Bala Farm Cottage - 2 miles from West Chester

Bala Farm Cottage is a wonderfully cozy stone cottage, located less than 3 miles from the center of West Chester, on a hilltop in a quiet neighborhood. It has a charming study downstairs with a bay window looking out towards majestic trees, and an entry hall that ends with a wet bar, equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The original curved staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a spacious bathroom. You'll love your stay in the Cottage!

A patio off the living room offers a beautiful backyard/farm view with animals in the meadows, private hot tub, fire pit, grill and patio set.

Carriage House at Amish country

This beautiful historic carriage house attached to our home offers completely privacy. The relaxed living area offers plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV and fireplace . Upstairs is a bathroom and 1 bedroom furnished with a comfy King size bed as well as a trundle bed (2 singles). Come for a romantic getaway by yourselves or bring the family! Ask us about an Amish experience, we can arrange dinner at an Amish home for our guest !

Two miles from Longwood Gardens and six from Winterthur and Brandywine River museums, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Brandywine Valley sites and historic Kennett Square. Situated in a garden with views of a wildflower meadow and horses, it offers a spacious bedroom and bath, cozy kitchen/living combo and washer/dryer.
