New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

With three bedrooms containing a king, queen and a queen sized bunk bed, Sunset Serenity offers that perfect balance of a cozy camp feel and spacious luxury that is just suited to a family or group of friends looking for that memorable getaway in the Northwoods! To access the lake, follow the trail starting in the second driveway to the right of Sunset Serenity, down to the lake.

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
