The property also features 1.5 bathrooms, washing machine, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge that opens up to the large deck area overlooking the magnificent Glenelg River. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and comfortable home. Drive your car onto the white sand, excellent swimming beach safe environment surrounded by reefs and a beach pontoon to play. Peruse rock pools, surf fishing or 4x4 driving. Access to three different beaches, beach launch your boat or drive approximately 10 minute to the nearest boat ramp. Very spacious beach home to fit up to 6-8 people, enjoy time on the balcony, or let the kids play in the secure back yard.

Stunning views and beach access at your front door. Pets Welcome. There is a Studio at the rear of the property that is listed separately which is great to combine for larger groups. Both listing are private, fully self contained and only share the driveway.
