Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Il mio alloggio si trova a Gallodoro, a 6 km dal mare, un piccolo borgo dalla vista mozzafiato. Potrai gustare degli ottimi piatti della tradizione culinaria siciliana in due ristoranti tipici e in un bar. Si possono ammirare due Chiese antiche ricche di arte e cultura. Ti piacerà sicuramente il mio alloggio per uso cucina, posizione,soffitti alti e i panorami incredibili. L'alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie anche con bambini piccoli.

Piccolo , accogliente miniappartamento a 30 mt dal mare , totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020 , gode di un grande terrazzo vista mare, lungomare di Giardini-Naxos e Taormina; composto da una camera da letto, bagno in camera , cucina funzionale esterna sul terrazzo, quarto piano senza ascensore. La camera è dotata: clima , tv smart con sound bar , ferro da stiro , phoon, macchina del caffè , bollitore , Wi-Fi , biancheria ( escluso teli mare ) . La casa è in campagna, in collina a circa 550 metri slm . é sù 2 livelli. Ha 2 entrate per piano ed è comunicante all'interno da scala a chiocciola .Ci sono 2 camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e una sala pranzo con tv e divano utilizzabili. Dal balcone della camera da letto ( dove è possibile consumare pasti ) ci si può rilassare ammirando il meraviglioso panorama sulla citta' di Taormina e natura circostante .La casa è situata in campagna a pochi km da Castelmola, Taormina e isola Bella.

THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

L'appartamento, denominato Pina, vi offre la sua ospitalità accogliendovi in una confortevole dimora dotata di due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto ed una cucina. Potete inoltre usufruire di ampi terrazzamenti immersi nel verde ad un passo dal centro storico.

La casa è molto luminosa grazie alle numerose finestre, ai balconcini con affaccio diretto in centro storico ed al piccolo spazio esterno privato.

La casa, al piano rialzato, composta da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina con soggiorno. Parcheggio privato nel cortile adiacente. Aria condizionata. NB terrazza condivisa!
