We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. With so much to enjoy, tree fort, pool, basketball hoop, sandbox, and large lawn, our Bright Bungalow will be the destination.

Avenue House is two bedroom, two baths with a freshness of furnishings and appliances. I clean the house myself and I invite you to relax knowing that it is ultra clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a summer meal. Laundry is ready to go. The front yard has been newly landscaped and rich with growth. The back yard has a patio with full table, sitting area, lawn, shady, fish pond and landscaped to enhance birds, bees and butterflies is in progress.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together.
