Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wifi, central AC/Heat, free parking. Brand new Samsung washer, but no dryer. Clothes line in backyard, or air dry. Centrally located to entertainment, shopping, food, hiking, lakes, ski resorts. Airport 11 min (5.8 mi) away and downtown Reno 10 minutes (5 mi) away.

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

The Little Blue House

❄️ The Little Blue House is the perfect winter escape in the Sierra Nevadas. Winter is the refreshing season when crisp nights give way to sunny beautiful days☀️. The quiet beauty of the sage; snowfall in the mountains, & a mellow pace. Every sunrise lifts you out of bed, and each sunset tucks you in. Enjoy the rosy glow on the mountains, a serene hike, and a cup of cocoa by the fire 🔥. Snowshoe on local trails or spend a day skiing at Mt. Rose. Then dine nearby, or just order in:)

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Our casita is located in Sparks, we are approximately 8 miles from 1-80 and 20 miles to Pyramid lake. If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for travelers Only. Unfortunately, we do Not Host to Local residents of Reno/Sparks area.
