Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Located on a quiet side street outside of downtown Rochester, this large and inviting period home offers a restful stay but quick access to the 490 Expressway. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with either a queen or a twin bed. The full bathroom has been recently updated. Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.
