Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation.

Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.

Kampos has recently been proclaimed by the Ministry of Culture as a historical site. The historical course of the village begins from the Byzantine times, where most of the mansions were built.
