Appart. de 2,5 pièces au 1er étage d'un immeuble de vacances. Il a été modernisé. La cuisine est équipée avec lave-vaisselle, plaques induction, four et frigo. Il y a une grande chambre avec 1 lit double, 1 séjour avec canapé-lit pour 2 enfants, coin repas, salle d'eau avec WC douche. Un balcon côté sud, place de parc extérieure devant l'imm., buanderie commune, local à skis. Draps de lits, linges de bain, électricité et eau compris. Evacuation des déchets ménagers non compris (taxe au sac)

Chalet Bellavista - a balcony on Swiss Alps

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The studio with its own entrance is located on the ground floor of our family house in a very quiet neighbourhood about 8 minutes walk from the railway station/city center. The centrally located „Sunshine town " Sierre is the starting point for summer and winter sports lovers. Studio neuf au calme, 5 minutes de CransMontana

Notre petit cocon est situé à Montana-Village à 5min de Crans-Montana et 15min de Sierre. Arrêt de bus à proximité et une place de parking à disposition. Le studio a été construit en 2021. Lit taille 200x200cm. Belle salle de bain avec douche, un espace extérieur pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, cuisine équipée. Depuis le studio il y a des balades à pied ou à vélo possible. Logement non fumeur et fête interdite. Pour une question d’hygiène, nous n’acceptons pas les animaux.

Situé à 1’120m d’altitude ce logement bénéficie d’une agréable tranquillité avec une superbe vue sur les Alpes valaisannes. A proximité de la forêt et des bisses, il saura ravir les marcheurs. Vous disposez d’une place de parc gratuite sous le couvert. A 10 minutes en voiture vous serez au centre de Saint-Germain/Savièse où se trouvent de nombreuses commodités. De plus Sion, Anzère, Cran-Montana ne se situent respectivement qu’à 20 minutes, 30 minutes et 35 minutes.

Dans ce studio indépendant de 35 m carrés à la décoration soignée flotte un air de vacances et de tranquillité. On s y sent bien. La grande terrasse privative avec barbecue est faite pour la détente. Nous vous offrons une confiture maison et une petite bouteille de vin local.

Ideally located between Sierre and Crans-Montana, a wide range of activities are available year-round. The apartment, located in the heart of the historic village of Venthône, was lovingly and carefully renovated in 2021. A terrace is available for your use. Breakfast is served at the Tandem Café, 2 minutes away.

Un endroit calme avec des balades en pleine nature, en bordure de forêt. Une magnifique vue sur la pleine du Valais du Rhône. Le mayen est un lieu chaleureux avec son vieux planché qui grince, rénové en 2019, il a aujourd'hui un confort moderne. Un vrai lieu pour s'évader du stress quotidien.
