This unit is large, about 1800sf, and is in one half of the barn on the 2nd and 3rd floors (the other two apartments are on the other side. There's also plenty of sound proofing throughout). Nice deck overlooking the Lamoille River with river access for fishing or snow tubing and 15 minutes from Smugglers Notch ski resort. 45 minutes from Burlington, 40 minutes from the Canadian border. It’s also on the VAST trail.

The hand-hewn frame of this early 1800's barn is a piece of art in itself.
