Welcome to an A+ off-mountain Fayston VT location. One side (750 sq.) of a side-by-side duplex. 1 Queen BR and 1 BR w/ bunk beds (full/single). WIFI, and very private. 1 full and 1 half bath. Super cozy and comfy, wrap around couch, 55" TV, and many ski videos to watch to get the blood pumping. Stocked kitchen wares. Private road. Peek-a-boo views to Mt. Ellen on a clear day. Back yard is super private with a fire pit and leads to the Lockwood Brook/Slide Brook and the Catamount trail.

My home is close to UVM, the UVM Medical Center, Larner COM & downtown Burlington. You’ll love the park-like setting; it's a quiet area, homey & nicely landscaped. My place is good for solo adventurers. This room with private bathroom and a single bed is on the 3rd floor. I will happily share ideas of places to go and great places to eat. (NOTE: 2 night minimum on weekends; house is air-conditioned but this room keeps some heat in the summer months as it is on the 3rd floor of an older home).
