Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Cozy studio apartment close to downtown, shopping, food and more! Making it easy to plan your trip. Located above Sach's Tee House, a neighborhood bar and grill that has been open for over 70 years.   The apartment is a brand-new remodel with a Murphy bed, large TV, and full bath. Security cameras all around the property and separate entrance with a door that is always locked. Bar is open late and maybe be a little noisy!   It’s a great spot if you are traveling through or planning a stay!

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.
