Στους πρόποδες του Πηλίου, εκεί όπου το βουνό των Κενταύρων συναντά το γαλάζιο του Παγασητικού αυτό το πέτρινο σπίτι προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στην αυθεντικότητα και την πολυτέλεια. Περιτριγυρισμένο από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα, το σπίτι αποπνέει ζεστασιά, άνεση και υψηλή αισθητική. Το Luxury είναι ένα μικρό studio μέρος του συγκροτήματος του LE PETIT BATI Boutique Studios, στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Βρίσκεται στο 1ο όροφο, είναι 21 τ.μ., ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει 2 άτομα. Με τη τεχνολογία του smart glass επιτυγχάνεται ο διαχωρισμός ή η ενοποίηση της κρεβατοκάμαρας με το μπάνιο ανάλογα με την επιθυμία σας, Η πρόσβαση στο studio γίνεται από τις σκάλες (το κτίριο δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ ) ! η σκάλα όπου γίνεται η πρόσβαση είναι στενή ! δεν επιτρέπονται παιδία κάτω των 12 ετών

Anna's Apartment in Agria

Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Seafront Apartment in Volos

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Sofia's pottery house

The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

Πρόκειται για ένα καινούριο διαμέρισμα, προσανατολισμένο στην άνεση των επισκεπτών του, ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και επαγγελματίες. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, με θέα τη θάλασσα και το Πήλιο. Απέχει μόλις 1 λεπτό από την παραλία, 3 λεπτά από την προβλήτα του λιμανιού και 2 λεπτά από την Ερμού.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, πολύ κοντά σε μεγάλο δρόμο με σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνους, φαρμακεία και κάθε είδους μαγαζιά. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο (10' με τα πόδια) και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία (5' με τα πόδια).
