Villa #3 is a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom beach villa which is perfectly suited for families, surfers, and anyone seeking a relaxed island getaway. Villa #3 is one of three villas on the complex, featuring a shared communal pool and outdoor lounge space. It is located to the rear of Villas 1 & 2 and within its vicinity, is the large communal pool. Inside, the bright and breezy living spaces are designed for calmness and relaxation. The open living and dining areas lead onto a patio with a view of the pool and the natural surroundings— ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The master bedroom is on the upper level and features a private balcony. Also on the upper level are two additional spacious bedrooms with ample storage. While the fourth bedroom is located on the lower-level and looks out to the lush garden and nature. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances. This charming home is perfect for surf families or groups. Only a 5 minute walk to two great surfing spots in Atlantic Shores (Freights and South Point). Fully equipped large kitchen, open plan. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. At the back of the house you find a splash pool, tropical garden, and room to lay down surfboards securely, as the home has a gated entrance. A 30 minute walk to Oistins where you find groceries, fish and vegetable markets, restaurants, shops and entertainment.
