There are two playgrounds nearby, one just over the fence, and another one 3 mins walk - 200 meters to Westlake.

Our home located in residential area with 15 min drive to Christchurch CBD, 10 min to the beach, 20 min to airport and 5 min walk to a beautiful lake. Your room has everything you need with a private bathroom and toilet down the shared hallway. you are always welcome to use the shared kitchen/ dining/lounge/outdoor area as you like. During your stay we are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. The stay is shared with my family of 4.

Your room has everything you need with sole use of the main bathroom and a toilet. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen(for quick and easy meal prep)/dining/lounge as you like. The house is shared with my family of 3.

Gorgeous Riverfront House in CHCH

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Large furnished double room with on suite. Beautiful Riverside in the middle of Fendalton CHCH. Walking distance to the University of Canterbury, shops, various parks and historical Riccaton house n bush, Riccaton Mall. The CBD, airport, various golf clubs, and Hagley Park are all a 10 minute drive away. Currently I have two nice flatmates in the house.
