There are two playgrounds nearby, one just over the fence, and another one 3 mins walk - 200 meters to Westlake.

Our home located in quiet residential area with 12 mins drive to Christchurch CBD, 7 mins to the beach, 15 mins to Airport, few mins walk to a beautiful river, a playground and park beside our home and just few mins walk to a golf court. There are Bus Routes 7 and 60 near the house, which go to the city center and the seaside. Your room has everything you need, a nice outdoor table and chair for you to enjoy the sunshine. Our home located in residential area with 15 min drive to Christchurch CBD, 10 min to the beach, 20 min to airport and 5 min walk to a beautiful lake. Your room has everything you need with a private bathroom and toilet down the shared hallway. you are always welcome to use the shared kitchen/ dining/lounge/outdoor area as you like. During your stay we are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. The stay is shared with my family of 4.
